PhotoSyncer ("the app") is developed by Vision Designs. This privacy policy explains what data the app uses, for what purpose, and how it is stored. PhotoSyncer is designed with privacy as a core principle: the app does not send any data to us or to external parties.
Photos and videos — The app reads the photos and videos on your device so that you can view them, select them, and back them up to your own NAS (network drive).
NAS login credentials — The server address, share name, domain, username, and password that you enter to connect to your own NAS. These are stored exclusively locally on your device.
Network information — The app uses your local network to discover NAS devices and connect to them.
The data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of the app: transferring your photos and videos to your NAS and to the folder that you configure yourself. The data is not used for any other purposes.
Your photos and videos are transferred from your device to your own NAS via the SMB protocol, within your local network.
No data is sent to the developer or to external servers or third parties.
NAS login credentials and app settings remain stored locally on your device.
Note: the connection to your NAS runs over your local network via SMB. This connection is not encrypted by default. Therefore, use the app within a trusted network.
PhotoSyncer does not share any data with third parties. The app contains no advertisements, no analytics or tracking tools, and no external SDKs that collect data.
Your data remains within your own device and your own network. Access to your NAS is determined by the login credentials that you set. Keep your device, your network, and your NAS properly secured.
Your photos and videos are stored on your device and on your own NAS; you fully manage them. You can remove your NAS credentials and settings by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

The app is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

PhotoSyncer ("de app") is ontwikkeld door Vision Designs. Dit privacybeleid legt uit welke gegevens de app gebruikt, waarvoor en hoe ze worden opgeslagen. PhotoSyncer is ontworpen met privacy als uitgangspunt: de app stuurt geen gegevens naar ons of naar externe partijen.
Foto's en video's — De app leest de foto's en video's op je apparaat zodat je ze kunt bekijken, selecteren en back-uppen naar je eigen NAS (netwerkschijf).
NAS-inloggegevens — Het serveradres, de sharenaam, het domein, je gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord die je invoert om verbinding te maken met je eigen NAS. Deze worden uitsluitend lokaal op je apparaat opgeslagen.
Netwerkinformatie — De app gebruikt je lokale netwerk om NAS-apparaten te ontdekken en er verbinding mee te maken.
De gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om de kernfunctie van de app te leveren: het overzetten van je foto's en video's naar de NAS en de map die jij zelf configureert. De gegevens worden niet voor andere doeleinden gebruikt.
Je foto's en video's worden overgedragen van je apparaat naar je eigen NAS via het SMB protocol, binnen je eigen netwerk.
Er worden geen gegevens verzonden naar de ontwikkelaar of naar externe servers of derden.
NAS-inloggegevens en app-instellingen blijven lokaal op je apparaat opgeslagen.
Let op: de verbinding met je NAS verloopt over je lokale netwerk via SMB. Deze verbinding is niet standaard versleuteld. Gebruik de app daarom in een vertrouwd netwerk.
PhotoSyncer deelt geen gegevens met derden. De app bevat geen advertenties, geen analyse- of trackingtools en geen externe SDK's die gegevens verzamelen.
Je gegevens blijven binnen je eigen apparaat en je eigen netwerk. De toegang tot je NAS wordt bepaald door de inloggegevens die jij instelt. Houd je apparaat, je netwerk en je NAS goed beveiligd.
Je foto's en video's staan op je apparaat en op je eigen NAS; jij beheert ze volledig. Je NAS inloggegevens en instellingen verwijder je door de app-gegevens te wissen of de app te verwijderen.

De app is niet specifiek gericht op kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar en verzamelt niet bewust gegevens van kinderen.
